The grand-format canvas is saturated with matter to the point that the image is obliterated, even if, here and there, one can discern forms that emerge from the coating of colours.  This artist uses her practice of music in painting.  Thus combined, these forms of expression appeal to the entire body, transforming the painting into a vibrant surface capable of capturing emotion.  It is this interaction between painting and music that makes the artist’s approach such a singular one.
