This artist takes advantage of all pictorial means in the service of expression and of content.  She uses all the components of painting that, according to her, possess their own intrinsic meaning.  Whether for a portrait or a landscape, this leads her to experiment with the tension and interactions between these different elements in order to express this same tension she perceives in reality.  The chromatic contrasts give the image an ambiguity and a singular strangeness intended to disturb the viewer.
